You agree that you will not use our validation SaaS to validate numbers that you know or should reasonably suspect to be associated with fraud, illegal activity, or spam. Cloudy Glass LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our validation SaaS if we believe that you have violated these terms and conditions.

Cloudy Glass LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, course of dealing, or course of performance. Cloudy Glass LLC does not warrant that the validation software will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any errors in the validation software will be corrected. You understand and agree that any use of our application is at your own risk.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Cloudy Glass LLC regarding the use of our validation Full Backup Necessities.
Refund Policy:
In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by email within 30 days of your receipt of digital product. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
